What began as a slab leak repair quickly evolved into a full-home renovation. By removing walls and reworking the layout, the team transformed the home into a brighter, more open space with a greater sense of scale.
Designed with a transitional aesthetic, the project layers natural materials and organic textures to create a home that feels warm, lived-in, and timeless rather than brand new. Still a work in progress, the renovation continues to take shape as each layer of the design is brought to life. Every decision balances the clients’ lifestyle with lasting design, resulting in a home that feels highly personal while maintaining an enduring appeal.

My Role:
Developed, refined, and updated architectural drawings throughout the design process to support design decisions and construction accuracy.
Led space planning and layout development to improve functionality, circulation, and overall flow.
Researched and selected architectural materials, finishes, and design solutions that helped shape and reinforce the overall design vision.
Coordinated directly with vendors, consultants, and contractors to resolve details and keep design execution aligned with the project intent.
Managed project specifications, schedules, and design documentation to maintain accuracy, consistency, and organization across the project.
